Trowbridge B2B Networking Event draws a crowd

Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce continued their programme of B2B Networking Events, with their latest free B2B event pulling in a crowd of existing members and businesses from throughout Wiltshire.

With over 30 local businesses attending, from sole traders to multi-nationals, the event was a great success for all of those involved, with attendees learning a little more about the Trowbridge Chamber, Stepping Stones – the Chamber Charity of the Year and the forthcoming Service Excellence Awards.

Open to all local businesses, members and non-members, the Trowbridge Chamber highlighted their programme of monthly business support and networking events, designed to build better relationships between local businesses and encourage growth.

Emma Roberts, Vice President and Chair of the Trowbridge Chamber commented: “It’s so exciting to see businesses keen on local business growth, and how we as a Chamber can support them, and we are hoping to continue the success of our B2B Networking Events and look forward to meeting more existing and new members along the way”.

It wasn’t all business to business networking on the evening; Trowbridge Arts kindly donated a pair of tickets for a lucky attendee, won by Godfrey Tilney from The Enterprise Network and the Chamber Charity Raffle Bubbly went to Roger Newman, with tickets kindly being drawn by a past President, Bruce Whitfield.

“This has been another excellent turnout,” added Colin Kay, President of the Chamber, “we are very much looking forward to our next social event – our Christmas Drinks and the build up to the Service Excellence Awards – what better time to get involved with the Trowbridge Chamber.”

Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce’s next Monthly Mixer B2B Event will be held in Trowbridge (venue dependent on booking), on the 17th October from 6pm onwards, where Jude Edwards from The Trowbridge Magazine will be discussing top tips when advertising. FREE to Trowbridge Chamber (local) members, £5 to Wessex Chamber members and £10 to non-members and you can book your place by emailing info@trowridgechamber.co.uk now.
